Dr. Joseph Nkemakolam Nwogu resides in Calabar Cross River State, Nigeria and is a member of Board of Directors, Ikukuoma Foundation. He holds a bachelors Degree in Political Science and Public Administration, Imo State University, Owerri. He has Master of Science Degree in Medical Demography and Master of Managerial Psychology, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. In addition, He has Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Health Sociology (Social Epidemiology), University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has versed and enviable work experiences among which are: Sales Manager, A CHUKS Nigerian Limited, Senior Administration Officer, Centre for Population Activities and Education (CEPAED), University of Ibadan, Operations Manager Union Bank of Nigeria. Currently, he is a Public Health Researcher and Consultant. He is married to Esther Chinyere Nwogu of the Department of Speech Language and Hearing Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho Volta Region Ghana. His marriage is blessed with three lovely children, a boy and two girls.
